SP Electricity North West Chief Operating Officer, Stephanie Trubshaw, has been recognised for her commitment to customer service with a highly prestigious national award.
Stephanie, who has held the COO role for eight months having previously been customer director at the electricity network operator, has been honoured with the Customer Service Strategic Leadership Award.
The accolade, awarded last night by the Institute of Customer Service, at its Customer Service Awards in London, recognises exceptional leadership in customer-focused strategies which shape the overall performance of the business.
“It is a real honour to be recognised for the essential service that we provide to customers throughout the North West,” said Stephanie.
“Customers are at the heart of what we do in providing a service to support the region’s continued growth. That means providing the support they need to meet their energy needs and continue to invest efficiently so our part of energy bills are kept low and people continue to receive a fantastic value for money service.
“I want to highlight and praise the dedication of my colleagues who work every day to support customers with commitment and care, ensuring they always receive the best service possible.”
Adding to the success, SP Electricity North West also secured the Employee Engagement Strategy Award, which recognised the firm’s innovative approach in its response to severe weather and resilience.
To enhance the service it provides, all colleagues within the business play an active role in supporting customers via welfare management, inbound andoutbound calls and door knocking.
“We’ve worked hard to build a culture where every decision made is guided by customers and the support, service they will receive,” added Stephanie.
“It’s an incredibly proud moment for SP Electricity North West and we’ll continue to go above and beyond for the people of the North West.”
Last year, Steven Glasgow, SP Electricity North West’s head of connections, was named Customer Service Changemaker at the same awards.
